2.Please check the rubber sealing gasket and be sure it is put snugly into the bottom base cap.(The rubber gasket is used to avoiding leakage)
3.Do not run your blender over 4 minutes at a time to prevent overheating of the blender

Product itself is fine. It was advertised as having 2 rubber o rings however, and the package only contained 1. I would appreciate if seller would send a second rubber ring, however I didn't see the sense in returning the whole product for 1 missing piece.
