Don't expect the mounting bracket to slip into place. Start with tightening the first screw on the narrow side and work your way alternating screws until the end. It will work itself into the drawer cover assembly. Do not force it into place with a screwdriver or anything else you'll break it.

My right shelf cracked around the front wheel. I tried several ways to repair the plastic (super glue, etc). All were just temporary. I finally just purchased this replacement drawer cover assembly. It fit perfectly and even came with the glass.My model is FGHD2368TF3

As others have said…. The part itself is terrible. I’ve had the fridge for 5.5 years and the shelf roller support has broken twice.This replacement part helps solve that issue. Only reason for one star deduction is the side didn’t fit perfectly to the steel arms. I had to work them into place on one side.Otherwise, great way to fix an issue…. Just need to be careful with the drawer or I’ll be buying this again.

I got this shelf because as others have mentioned the roller attachment point broke on the old one. You have to disassemble your old shelf in order to get metal shelf brackets and rollers and transfer them. My metal shelf brackets did not perfectly align with the new shelf. There is a t shaped cutout in the metal bracket that is supposed to fit over a raised t shape on the side of the shelf. Although it looks the same they did not align. After an hour of struggling I ending up having to scrape off some of the raised t shaped plastic area to get it to fit. I got it to align better still not perfect but it the crisper drawer works properly now.

A roller on each of the refrigerator's two Crisper Draw Covers broke off after only 3 years of use. Each roller was attached to a thin area of the Cover with a steel screw. These screws were screwed into a plastic receiver which was part of a very thin plastic section of the Cover. The roller was attached to the front underside of the left edge of each of the plastic frames. As a result the draws that were hanging from the rolls on the Covers dropped down about 3/4 of an inch, making the draws difficult to pull out. Trying to glue the broken pieces back on the frames didn't work and the glued pieces and rollers fell off after a few pulls.Close examination of the rollers and the broken pieces showed that over time, with constant use, the screws backed out of their plastic attachment, putting a lateral torque on the thin plastic of the frame. I also noticed that the rollers on the top back of the draws had backed out of their holes of the plastic of the draws' top edges. It was only a matter of time before they would break off with continuing use. I tightened the screws of the rollers back on with a square head driver, but I feel that it is only a matter of time that their attachment to the draws will fail also. Those draws are also expensive.The Crisper Draw Covers in Amazon are made up of the plastic frame with the glass shelf mounted in the center. When replacing one of these covers, be sure that you save the metal brackets mounted to each side of the Cover, as well as the screws that hold the brackets on the plastic frame. The rollers have to be transferred over also as these frames do not come with new rollers.Ir can be concluded that these covers are extremely expensive since the only thing wrong with them is the replacement of one small roller on one edge of the Cover.

This part fit perfectly. It is one which, apparently, often breaks, so we were glad to be able to get this. I would wish that parts of this were available as we actually needed only one side rail.
