Exact fit.This was the exact fit for my 2000 Jeep Cherokee that came with the factory electric windows.My original window made a grinding sound when the window rolled all the way up. Using this replacement unit worked great and the window functions like I imagine it did when it was new.Installation was tricky, watch YOUTUBE videos, then watch them again!I am very happy with this unit.
