Just finished laying 1700 sq. ft. of large format tile. Selected the Frosh system after reading reviews. System worked flawlessly. Clips broke off easily when needed. Highly recommended product. It just works.

I bought these because they are half the price. They do work with the Level Tech wedges but if you squeeze them with a decent amount of force they break pinching you hand in the pliers which hurts like hell. The bottom plate is thicker than the Level Tech which sucks because it lifts the tiles higher but it helps prevent tiles sliding away from the spacer because they aren't bending as much. Which with good technique shouldn't happen much. If they were the same price as Level Tech I wouldn't buy them but at half the cost I might keep using them.I bought more Level Techs because Frosch was sold out and now I want to go back to the Frosch. Not only cheaper but they seem not push the tiles apart as bad when tightening.

I have tried several other brands of tile levelers, and this brand has been by far the best. Other brands break too easily, or they don't break near easily enough. Frosch has the exact right holding strength and break just like I like them to. As long as they don't go and change something, I won't buy another brand ever again.

I bought name brand (Raimondi) clips before, and I like these clips better. They rarely break off during install, and they break off cleaner when you're removing them. The only negative thing is that they are clear and sometimes hard to see so you step on them.
