Part of the product was detached when it arrived and I’m unable to re attached it. I’m afraid I will cut myself from trying. Otherwise, the product looks durable. Good in quality. It’s not convenient for me to return this product so, I’ll just take the loss. I’ll try to make it work.

The vegetable peeler was not easy to use. Did more shredding than peeling especially with the carrots. The julienne piece seemed to work ok but because it was a set sent both back

Not just a peeler. The Julienne slicer is useful with carrots and cucumber in salads. Easy-to-use grip. This was/is a great purchase.

This is a handy set to have in my kitchen. They are both sharp and with good hand grip. The peeler is so helpful and minimizes the waste. It is also a time saver and safer than a knife.

Although I do have to say that I prefer the wide blade peeler more; BOTH offered a sure grip even when my hands became wet. The blades easily slide through potatoes, carrots, and (just an experiment) was able to go as delicate as taking the skin off of a red pepper. The wide blades handle is made of an aluminum/light weight steel with rubberized grips in the perfect position to offer a sure grip. Even my left handed friend said that it seemed to be in just the right place and loved the feeling of it. The long bladed peeler is more of a plastic handle, but still offers a sure grip and control. I used this to peel the above stuff too and even the tip to take 'eye' off of some of the older potatoes. I will definitely come back to this when it wears down!

These are very sturdy, went through the dishwasher perfectly and appear that they will remain sharp for a very long time. My only issue is that the package says it contains 3 items, the 2 peelers and an instruction manual. The folded pamphlet can not be considered an instruction manual. The one piece is obviously a regular peeler but the larger one has serrated edges and a different edge. There is absolutely no instruction regarding what this one does. It mentions a potato eye remover on the side and I see that but what are the other uses for this piece?
