I ran into one of these new (to me) fuel line connections last summer on my mower's fuel pump. It was a pain coming up with a method to squeeze in on the two opposing plastic pins to get it to release. I got through it but since then, I've been on the lookout for a tool specifically designed for that style of connector. I was real pleased to see this tool on Amazon. It is made of forged steel with a very robust pivot which will keep the 'jaws' aligned with one another. The pin size seems a bit larger than the fitting I dealt with but that's nothing I can't fix on a grinder. The price is remarkably low considering how much time and aggravation this tool will save when you need it. I am very pleased with this fuel line fitting tool and highly recommend it.

Very nice pliers for disconnecting fuel and vapor line fittings. This tool makes it a simple task to do so. Very easy to use tool is very durable. Very sturdy and size is perfect for getting into tight spots. A must for modern cars.
