I purchased an after market fuel pump. It had so much pressure it was pumping fuel out of the overflow on the carb. I reordered this one that was a OEM. Only a few dollars more. Problem solved. Worked perfectly. You get what you pay for.

This pump fit my 1997 Polaris sportsman perfect. It started right up once I got the lines connected. Great replacement and great price compared to oem.
