Originally was not going to go for the grip, but then decided what the heck, let's give it a go. Was not disappointed. Fantastic extended life with 3 batteries, very comfortable (large hands) and built extremely well. Might be a tad big for smaller sized humans.

Unlike my Canon R5, the Fuji grip allows the camera to make use of THREE batteries vs. just two.The Fuji GFX100II goes through a battery much faster than other cameras, especially if you shoot with big glass or you're shooting movies.It would drive me crazy having to constantly monitor a single battery in preparation to switch it out. Where-as having the grip allows me to shoot all day without having to worry about a single battery going dead. It's a bit over priced in my opinion, but I admit it was worth the money in my situation.
