Total cappuccino junky here. And this machine is my dealer...So nice not having to set up and clean for every cup Joe. However there are some glitches. The touch screen can be glitchy. One time I had to unplug to reboot. I have only had less than 3 months so Iam still learning. I can fear this machine will not last long term. But I will take care of like a baby to squeak it along. LolMilk container cheap lid not secure. It needs to be a stainless container that seals.

This coffee machine is simply amazing! We've got impressed for the functionality, instructions (even in videos and pictures coming from the display). The display is also really good. Very responsive, high definition, clear and the most important part, the coffee... Wow! It's delicious. The cappuccino is my favorite. I was a little suspicious because I don't know this brand and I hope it lasts a long time with no issues. But for now, I'm really glad with it.

This machine is a 5 star all the way. So far I haven't had any issues and I believe I have used every bell and whistle so far. Very smooth not bitter espresso with great crema and a very streamlined process, very good lattes and capuccino . The most you have to do is keep water full and the hopper loaded with beans. THe occasional cleaning out of the puck catcher is very easy. Couldnt be happier with it or the great price and quick shipping.

Works surprisingly well. Also pretty quiet too, I only wish the water tank and bean holder were a little larger. But for the price, and with the touch screen, I have absolutely nothing to complain about.
