This is a nice, wide fan, which I will be absolutely using this summer. However, the sides of the fan (the shiny part) seem to pull away from the black part. The shiny part itself though, so far, seems fairly durable and doesn't look likely to break or fall apart.

Action: The opening of the fan is smooth, though closing it sometimes causes the vinyl to bunch up. I'll be honest, I've yet to find a fan that's perfect in this regard, so for comparative performance this gets a passing grade.Looks: It arrives looking just like the photos, silver holographic and it catches the light well.Comfort: This fan is pretty standard in all regards, except the fan case. For some reason, many manufacturers love to send fan cases that don't match the fans that they are purchased with. This one has a slightly different form factor which allows for the fan to fit in comfortably.Overall, a solid folding hand fan, I'd get another.
