Very sufficient for showing short term or singular type contests or goal activity. The kit comes with some pretty small erasers and the markers arent very hefty. I have plenty of markers and erasers so that wasnt an issue for me. The goal boards themselves are good at showing progress as a percentage up to 100% which is the intent. I got them for tracking sale son two specific products that will all 2025 and I think they are very sufficient for that purpose. Theuy are very colorful so they will get noticed which to me is a great thing. Overall they will do exactly what they are designed ot do and indicate progress to a goal at a glance.

The fund raising thermometer looks great! It comes with magnets and dry erase pens to track your progress. It's well made, well packaged, and is as described.
