I'm not really sure what would even make a product like this better or worse than any other. It's a bamboo sushi rolling mat with chopsticks. These are kind of hard to mess up.Amazon asked if they're easy to clean, so I'll mention that here: I was taught by a sushi chef that the best way to use these is to wrap it in cling wrap, then cut slits on the back to let air out. This way the rice and ingredients don't actually touch the bamboo mat, just the cling wrap, so when you're done you just throw away the cling wrap and the bamboo mat is clean. If you do this, then yeah it's stupidly easy to clean. However if you don't know to do this, rice and other sushi ingredients can easily get stuck in the bamboo. That would probably be a lot harder to clean. I prefer to just use the cling wrap method since it's easy and safe, I know my mat isn't getting contaminated.

Rolling sushi isn't that hard, but it's so much easier with a sushi mat. These mats were cheap and work great. I wrap it in cling wrap before use just to make clean up easy.

I am new to making sushi and this kid worked well. The roller is exactly as described, a very good value. It takes time to learn, but this is all you need.

you get two mats and two pairs of Chopsticks, These chopsticks are nice without any wood varnish (you won't want to put wood varnish inside your mouth, would you? )Bamboo matts are nice quality, easy to Clean and Dry.Also did I mention, you get TWO!

This sushi set was easy to use and nice quality for the price. I still use the chop sticks now. They are lasting very well. It was very easy to make my first sushi. The material is like bamboo!
