I purchased two of these beautiful hats. They arrived very wrinkled, however I held them one at a time over a steaming kettle, while rotating until they were warm and damp, then gently smoothed with my hand. Aftee 5 minutes eash, they were both perfect.Note however, I ordered two the same size, yet one fit too loosely and the other fit perfectly.

The fedora has adjustable head band that works great. I wear a size small and that size is hard to find.The hat with it's wool blend looks a lot more eaxpensuve that what it costs.This is a great value
