Came as described. Pulverized the soil that had settled from last summer. Gave my wrist a work out but it did a wonderful job.

Works great for tilling around plants in my garden! Super user friendly and surprisingly worked better than we anticipated. Mellow ground works best but still works okay on compacted ground.

The good and bad and best...The good is that it is what is advertised, an electric drill-powered cultivator that can use different drills to power it...The bad is that the mounting of different drills can be sort of a challenge. (I have two electric drills, and neither fit without some fiddling)...the best is that once you get the drill secured (I just wrapped bungee cord to hold it) this cultivator just tears up the ground, even with a small drill! I first tried it with a small drill with 3/8" chuck, but without the long, stand-up extension. It was easy to control, and even when I bore down on the cultivator, it churned the ground like my larger Mantis tiller. I am totally satisfied to find a cultivator that can be used in tight spaces, a power tool that except for fiddling with mounting the drill, is a no compromise tool for tilling in tight spaces.

I put my Milwaukee m18 fuel drill in it and it was ripping dirt awesome but then the handles that hold the drill from spinning broke off and let the drill I was holding twist making me think my arm is going to twist off. This was actually like first 30 seconds but didnt time it so I said 45 seconds a benefit of doubt in title. I dont know maybe stick with smaller 12v drills. It was easy to put together and the 30 seconds seemed to work great. I dont want to give it 1 star but it still broke quick with a high powered battery drill. Ill give it 2 stars.

ok!could,nt seem to get a tight enough grip on spindle with chuck so i got a 3/8 8mm long sleeve socket and welded a bolt to it so the chuck tightens on the bolt and the socket drives the spindle (was damaging it when chuck kept losing grip).used it to get ivy out between hedge and as long as you let machine do the work and dont force it all is good, sometimes stopping to untangle ivy but it did the job.couple of goes to get used to it which is norm but now i have no worries.would of given 5 star but shaft is soft metal.

Works well in a small garden once everything is planted and when tilling space is limited. Good when there is no room for the big tiller any more. It may have to work hard when the ground is hard packed.Drill selection and use is critical. It has a pretty heavy mechanical load for most drills. I was not able to use my best Dewalt 5A battery drill without having smoke come from the drill as it over heated. I didn't kill the drill, at least not yet. I switched to a slower 1/2" cord powered Milwaukee Drill which was a weird fit in the holder and I had to use a small synch strap instead of the rubber one that didn't last very long.We will continue to use it to fight the weeds where we never could before.
