This review comes from someone who has never done fusion splicing before getting this machine. It absolutely does its job, but the user manual is completely inadequate. I had to watch a number of videos to figure out the process - the best of which were not from the OEM. My other complaint is the APP. Why? Why make a small portable machine that you can take and use anywhere but then tether you to a phone app to do anything besides an automatic splice?

I get triple 0s everytime. Feels like great quality. Came with everything. Zero complaints. If you’re looking for an affordable splicer, definitely get this one. It’ll make you lots of money.

The portability is another plus; it’s lightweight and easy to transport.I’m giving it 4 stars only because I think the battery life could be slightly better for longer jobs, and the cleaver could use a more ergonomic design. Still, overall, it’s a great fusion splicer that gets the job done efficiently. Highly recommended for professionals looking for a dependable splicing machine!
