Purchased for my daughter’s 10u softball team. It has been working well at practice 2 days a week. It was easy to assembly, but slightly tricky to set exact speed. Once speed was tweaked it has been perfect. Girls have been able to get many more pitches in. It has also been easy to load and transport to and from field.

I have only used this unit for a few hours so far but I am really impressed. As long as the balls you use are the same weight, you should have great consistency with the pitching function. I bought this one to get the added speed for my 11 yo to improve his swing speed and timing, but so far, I am still only using half the speed as he gets used to it. I will gradually be increasing the speed as he gets use to the release. The unit is lightweight and easy to carry around. I currently have only used it for pitching, but my son is also a catcher so the ground ball feature will also be great for practicing blocking. Hoping this until lasts a long time as the pitching function is much more consistent and level than what I can do.

We had several assembly issues and problems but you wont get help. Tried emails, website chat, social media, and phone calls. The spring keeps popping off the main assembly. Missing parts and overall disappointed.

It is too short in height, the spring and the foot pad is inferior and is dangerous to the operator if the spring breaks it could hurt someone in fact the spring broke after using it for the second time in about one hour of use and the foot pad broke as well because it is made with some sort of hard plastic

I bought this because i hurt my throwing arm and wanted to still be able to pitch to my sons without spending thousands on a pitching machine. It takes a lot of adjusting in between pitches to throw strikes. Of course the jarring of the spring will cause some movement. However it takes forever to get through a bucket of balls plus it’s difficult for the hitter to get into a rhythm while you’re fiddling with the pins and adjustment knobs to keep the ball in the strike zone. I did find that if you place the laces just under the part that touches the ball in a 4 seam position, it helps a bit with accuracy. I have not used it to hit fly balls or grounders as it is much quicker to just hit the ball with a bat. Unless you are terrible at hitting infield/outfield, this isn’t worth the time it takes adjusting or even just cocking it back for the next ball. Sorry but this gets a D- from me.
