First one I got did not have the screws, clevis pin or cotter pin with it. Exchanged for another one. This one doesn't have a hole in the clevis pin to put the cotter key in. Going to go to the hardware store and buy one today. I would look for another brand/seller if I had it to do over.Just got back from Home Depot. Cost me another 5 bucks to get a clevis pin with a hole in it. You might want to look elsewhere.

very easy to install, as you can see from my pic, for whatever reason, the one that was on my garage was too large and coudn't get enough screws in/holes were stripped, i was able to line this up perfectly with the holes, or made some with my punch, and got a nice secure fix. and came way ahead of schedule.
