After shopping at the local big box stores and coming up empty I first purchased another “p bulb” style bottom door seal, and as others described it was far too small. I was able to return it hassle free..After some research about what I needed I found this product. As others have said it was a bit difficult to get the seal together into the channel, but I found after I got a foot it so inserted it slide in quite easily. Of course I had to guild it and support it so it wasn’t sagging and separating as fed it in. All in all it took me a little less than a half hour to install it on a 18 ft garage door. I tested it by shutting and opening the door a couple times, and it has stayed affixed so far. There is only one other place I found online that sells this product by the foot. I compared prices and Amazon had the best deal.

Moved into a new home with a worn garage door liner that left gaps on either end and allowed pests inside the garage. Ordered multiple P-Bulb liners, some claiming to be large and the 0.19cm which is the industry standard apparently, never fit the track on our garage door. This one did! The 3/8" p-bulb was the ticket, and while it was still a pain to install (recommend hitting the track with WD-40 to help it slide), once in it was the ticket! Has not budged, seals the garage door from end to end. Had to order 20' but we only needed a couple inches over 16' but cutting it to size was a non-issue. Very happy with the product.

because the P Bulb is a Windsor P Bulb - Plus it's the right size Windsor P Bulb that is Big enough to fit and stay in the track. It's a much larger P Bulb then the other 5 that we had to send back. They were always to small to hold and stay in the track and to get the right size Windsor P Bulb that would fit in the track and not fall out would cost upwards to $300 to $600 per 20 feet. Then we found this product and seller. It was our last try before having to spend the big money and BOOM. It worked. Our Garage is finally done and it looks like New again after 15 years. What a Blessing. We ordered another one the same day after I installed the first one for the other side of our 3 car garage. Around $100 for both sides. What a Deal. It's important to know that nothing is easy. Take your time, click in the the two sides of the P-Bulb, it can be frustrating, wear gloves and use silicon spray to slide it through and be pre-paired to have the P bulb come apart and to have to snap it back together as you are sliding through. I was frustrated from time to time, but when I finally figured out how to put it all together, in and on the door, I realized, it was just my lack of experience causing all my difficulties. The next one I install on the other side of the garage, "will be a breeze". Additionally; don't cut it to short. Leave one side long while pushing it all the way through and then cut the access. My P Bulb was facing out toward the driveway. And one more thing...unlike the others they were all flat on the bottom and supposed to round, this weather seal was round on the bottom immediately after install and works PERFECTLY. Being round after install is what keeps the water out when you close the garage door on the bottom garage floor threshold. Awesome product. Hope this helps someone. I Never right reviews. But this saved us Big Coin...

First, no, these are not easy to install. Take your time, is the best advice. This is the 2nd one I've done and, got it done, in a few shifts on that day. Prepare to take breaks so you can get it out of your head, yes, it gets into your head. It's not easy. But it goes ok if you take your time. Our doors are 30 years old, cheap garage doors so the track isn't great and makes it more of a challenge, but if you take your time (see a trend?) and work it through, with a spray lube, like silicone, you'll get it done. This time I got it done easier, or maybe I was just more familiar, although it's been many years since I did the first one. Once it was done, trimmed to cover just about the entire bottom, it's sealed great!

Much thinner and lesser quality than the original seal or the ultimate replacement. I could not get the "P" to stay together to install it, and I'm fairly handy. It does not snap into place and stay. In the photo above the seal on the left is the one in this review purchased from Unique Supply. The seal on the right is the one I ordered that is molded with the "P" together in one piece. As you can see in the photo it is much thicker than the one on the left. It took less than 15 minutes to install the one on the right. If you buy the product in this review there are two things you need to know: (1) If the garage door is mounted with a wall a typical distance from each edge of the door, you will almost certainly need more than one person to install it. (2) If you don't like it I hope you can find another use for it. Unique Supply REFUSED TO LET ME RETURN THE SEAL I BOUGHT FROM THEM. This is the only Amazon seller I have made a purchase from that refused a product return.

The interlocking p bulb is unnecessary design and makes installation awful. It was easier for me to drill out the rivets on my track and remove it. Even then, with all the space and leverage I could ask for, it was a pain. The two parts of the bulb do not stay together. They twist and offset as the seal goes in. Just make it one piece. The other thing that bothers me about this is the material. It's VERY thin and flimsy. I was replacing a seal that was easily 3 times the thickness, and durable. Held up for 20 years. This is pathetic in comparison and I don't know how they justify the price. I put a foam strip in it to beef it up some, but I am not expecting this to last very long.
