I haven’t installed the product yet but it’s the same as the spring that broke so I’m sure it’s fine. This company or person Idk MJ I think responded within 6 minutes of a request that I was missing the winding bars. He let me know that they came in a separate boxes. Following the tracking number we both saw it was delayed and trending towards lost. He preemptively overnight another set to me without question. Parts are parts but seems like this company has good people. Definitely worth supporting.

It was easy to instal and gloves worked very well. It would be amazing if vendor provided safety wires as well. We couldn’t find it locally.

I used this product for my garage door because I had a broken spring on the door I was a bit worried that I wouldn't get the right one by measuring the size and all but when it came it fit perfectly and everything was easy to put in.

This product was easy to install .I was hesitant at first by its size as it looked small in size compared to the original spring as I have a long 2 door garage door .But ,Good thing it lifted the garage door with no struggle.I also like it that they offer me a warranty .Which you have to sign up for .Which I did sign up for .It’s been 2 weeks so far and this spring is still working good. .
