This is a must have item when you have a disposal and a flat open counter. No shock worries! This is the complete kit, so you have the air switch that mounts in the counter, the air tube that connects between the push button, and electrical switch that sits in your lower cabinet just plug the disposal into this switch and the switch is plugged into a standard 110v outlet. Overall quality appears fair, typical.

This was very easy to install and it works perfectly. Push in the button once and the garbage disposal turns on and keeps running until you push in the button again and then it turns off. The instructions were a little confusing as to which Outlet the garbage disposal plugs into, so I'll give you the easy version: you plug the garbage disposal into the plug the nearest the airline.

My new Hine didn't come with a disposal. I did not have to wreck the counter or backslash and simply repositioned the sink faucet. Works great.

This is a much better option than an electric version that failed after a year or so. No batty to worry about and mounting on the sink is simple
