I had hoped to use this chair while working on my car, but for my needs, it's a little too tall. If you're staying in one spot, it works fairly well and provides decent comfort. However, if you need to move around or switch to kneeling, it becomes quite inconvenient. On the plus side, I do appreciate that it folds up easily for storage, which is a nice feature. Overall, it’s a functional chair, but not ideal if you need mobility while working.

This was just what I needed to make gardening easier. I love that you don't have to put anything together which is a real rarity anymore - thank you IKEA. Just take it out of the box and unfold the legs. It seems pretty sturdy sitting and kneeling on it. I like that the legs lock in place so no worries it's going to unfold on you. Folding it back up is no problem either and once you do it's very compact for easy storage and light weight enough that toting it around is no issue. The side pouch is a nice feature so you have somewhere to put stuff and as a bonus you get a pair of silicon type gloves with plastic claws on one hand for minor digging which is handy to have.

So this was more of a gift for my wife since she does more weeding and garden work than I do. When we go outside I generally do the lawn mowing and edging, while she weeds the flower beds and tends to them. I also help with the flower beds when I'm done, but she spends more time doing it than I do.After complaining about her knees and back we got one of those basic cushions that hardware stores sell for her to kneel down on. This has helped but still isn't an a great solution and doesn't give her anywhere to sit when her knees are tired but it's hot and she doesn't want to stand.Once I saw this I immediately ordered it for her (and a little bit for myself). She hadn't even used it yet when she opened it and was so excited. Her aunt has one that she saw and was wanting one without me knowing. This thing gets carried around with her all over our yard now, and I don't blame her! It's well made and solid without being too heavy. Everything locks into place and is sturdy when opened up. The seat is cushiony giving her somewhere to sit or kneel depending on what she is doing in the flower bed. Sometimes I'll sneak behind her when she stands up and I need a break and steal her seat! Guess this means we need a second one.Overall this has easily been one of our best additions to our "lawn equipment" and we may even get a second one.

These garden seat/kneelers have been around for years and years, and I've never had the need to try one. I'm spending more time in the garden now that I'm retired, and I can see the point of having some more comfort while I'm out there. This product allows you to work in multiple positions with some padding and support and I've found it to be a welcome addition in my yard! It's been getting a lot of use ever since I got it, and my husband has found it useful too.The construction is sturdy and the padding is comfortable. I haven't used the tool pocket yet, but it would be useful if I spent a lot of time using it as a seat (the pocket is removable for when you invert the seat). The paint has been durable so far, although I am seeing some rusting where the joints are (areas where the paint didn't reach). It's mostly cosmetic, but a reminder that I'd best store this where it's dry.The gardening gloves are kind of crazy -- I have not seen these before with the claws! I purchased this for the seat, not the gloves, but they are welcome additions. Only the right hand glove has the claw tips on it -- not helpful if you're a lefty (although I see from the photo it looks to be the other way around). I can't really see myself digging with my gloves but I'm willing to give it a try sometime. For the price, I was very happy with the quality of this particular garden seat/kneeler. Does the job and then some, is a very practical tool to have for gardening and other outdoor tasks. I've been using it while painting a shed. Handy to sit, kneel, or even stand on while painting.Recommended.

This garden seat/kneeler, with gloves and pouch, is good quality overall. The seat is a bit narrower than I'd prefer, but it does work fairly well. It folds easily for storage, and the included pouch can hold several tools. The gloves are made of good quality material. I haven't quite figured out how one is supposed to use the little claw things at the end of the fingers on the right hand glove, though, so I haven't used them much yet. They are very securely attached, so they won't fall off easily. The size is typical for ladies' garden cloves. The legs of the garden seat are exposed metal; just something to be aware of, because it will scratch depending on the surface it's used on.

This garden kneeler is hazardous. I believe it and every other kneeler of the same design should be recalled. There are metal rods attached to the springs that snap the seat open and closed that too close to the tender skin of the hands when you squeeze the mechanism to fold the legs in. They will pinch your hands badly. I recommend to either keep the kneeler set up all the time and never fold it, use EXTREME care when folding it, or throw it away.

As I’m getting older, it’s harder to garden and pull weeds. This actually helps me with my yard- it’s more comfortable than not having it. It’s easy to use. It’s compact enough to store in my garage and it’s pretty sturdy. I love the side pocket to hold my phone and garden tools.
