This is a beautifully well-made flame guard for a patio fire pit. The glass is tempered and sturdy. All parts were present and well packaged. The item itself was beautifully packaged and shipped. It did take me a while to put it together. I realized the importance of, making sure everything was square and screws were slightly loose before the final tightening. Be patient!

Initially we just wanted it to minimize wind blow, as we live on a hill, but the esthetics is beyond expectation. It made our entire patio set more elegant. Quality is great, easy to put together; we used it a handful times so far, no issues; the glass can get hot but no cracking nor shattering.

This glass shield is very nice. The glass is excellent quality, clear and the brackets are well made. It’s an easy assemble that takes a little time. The heat and flames from the fire are well contained and the shield keeps the heat from being affected by wind. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Very beautiful but very hard to get the glass to going in the brackets. Once together it is very gorgeous.

My fire table did not come with a glass screen. This was super easy to assemble, blocks the wind, and looks really classy.

Okay so the product is good but, as others have said, the brackets are really far too tight. Two tips:1) Coat the areas of the glass that need to go into the brackets, and the brackets themselves, with dish soap. That will help it slide in much easier.2) The first 3 segments go together fine; it’s the last one that will give you problems. Assemble it so the first 3 are connected in a U shape. Make sure the brackets for the last piece are attached to the last piece only, and, not already attached to the partially assembled pieces. Then you can more easily slide the last piece on top of the two glass panels sticking up from the partially assembled unit. If you try to stick a piece of glass into two brackets that are already fixed to the assembled parts it won’t work so easily. Not sure if that makes sense but hope it helps somebody.

This is a high quality glass surround we bought for our fire pit. It looks really nice and keeps wind from blowing out flame on a windy day. The glass is thick and heavy and was easy to put together. It helps to have WD40 on hand to put on glass edges to make it easier to get glass into brackets. Overall, very pleased with this purchase and would recommend to others.

This is the perfect addition to my fire pit. It is very heavy and keeps the flames from blowing. I was surprised how sturdy it is. Had no difficulty putting it together by myself. Highly recommend this wind blocker!

Note that the assembled GASPRO Fire Pit Wind Guard rubber feet sit directly on the table surface, not the on the burner pan. The distance between feet is 18.25" measured from the center of each foot. My Endless Summer Fire Pit has a 17.875" square table surface opening. I prefer the feet be on the table as this is and not on the burner pan.I also coated the large aluminum brackets with 1200 F heat resistant black spray-paint for a much better look. I plan to paint the screw heads too. I'd give 5 stars if the brackets and screws were painted.During a heat test, the tempered glass became quite hot, as expected, where I also placed a 7.25" tall wine glass 1.0" from the wind guard on the table. The wine glass temperature remained unchanged. The height of the tempered glass sides is 6.50" (6.0" tempered glass +.50" high rubber feet).Sliding the brackets onto the glass was a little difficult during assembly but I was able to slide them on without any tools using only my hands. Once you got the bracket started it slid on fairly easily. The unit definitely helped knock down the effect of wind on the flame. The height of the unit on the table lifted the Fire Pit Weather Cover off the ground as shown but still at an acceptable level. You must wait for the glass to cool before putting on the plastic weather cover.

Super easy to put together and works great. Glass does get very hot but cools pretty quickly. Instructions do not address how to put the rubber feet on at the bottom and the smaller open part goes down and the screw goes inside where it’s open. Once we figured that out the entire thing was super easy. The glass is thick and the corner pieces have to go on a certain way and you do have to get a rubber hammer to hit them at times but overall very easy. And we love the fact that it blocks the wind and you can actually feel the heat better with the wind guard on the fire pit.

Glass are thick and sturdy. Very easy to assemble. Fits a 16" square cutout perfectly even though it's recommended for a 12" square cutout. The clips are a bit big that's why I didn't attached the top clips. Blocks the wind very well.
