These GATERON Magnetic Fox Keyboard Switches, Linear Factory Pre-lubed Freely Setting Pre-Travel Key Switches for Mechanical Keyboard(70PCS) are really nice and smooth. They drop right in and work perfectly fine without and difficulty. They're absolutely quiet and feel great to type on and I'm very happy with them!

If you have a hotswap HE magnetic switch keyboard that works with the 2 pin Gateron Fox switches you are going to be amazed with how good these feel. They are easy and light to type on and especially game with. I cannot recommend them enough, they are buttery smooth and nearly silent and I truly think if you don't consider these you are going to be missing out. The best sensation and non fatiguing magnetic switches I ever want to use and I know I would definitely purchase these in the future. The clear tops make them great for the RGB too and I do love that so much!

While I like the travel and feel of these switches, it should be noted that they are Hall effect switches (magnetic). This is a relatively new type of switch that will NOT work with traditional contact mechanical keyboard bases, including hot swap keyboards.There are not many Hall effect keyboard bases available, and the few available are fairly expensive, so definitely check your model.The translation of the description is not very good, and this important fact can be easily missed. Otherwise, I really like the feel of these switches.

i’ve built so many custom mechanical keyboards as a hobby of mine, but i’ve never come across “magnetic”switches before so i got these just out of pure interest. i’ve tried a lot of different types of switches, but i’m very impressed with these. they’re very smooth and very silent, and the color way looks great in my clear keyboard bases. they are 2-pin switches and marked pre-lubed and i didnt feel like taking them apart to check the consistency of that, but i know that does affect some people’s choices so be aware of that. i do think for the price it should’ve come with a little more than just 70 switches, but honestly not bad at all. at first i thought they came in just a small flimsy box, but happy to say they actually came in a nice plastic jar inside the crappy box so i’ll definitely be repurposing the jar. overall these are easy to recommend especially to those who want a comfortable switch to be gaming with!!

Make sure you have a barebones keyboard to collaborate properly with these switches. I happen to have a keyboard with magnetic switches I wasn’t fond of. I will be hot-swapping them with these. In the meantime, I did test these out on 3 switches. They’re easy to install and the typing experience good. The sound is different but nice, I recommend
