Hi , as soon i took it out of the package it was already smelling like burned and there are some white stuff on the back of it.When I did put it in my mini computer it didnt even recognise it and the computer would even power onI should ve just returned it when the burned smell came out of the package instead of putting it in the computer now my M2 doesnt work when i plug back my mini how it was before.

Plugged this a raspberry pi 5 and got to detect a PCIe SSD.Plugged into a mini PC with a few gpus and SATA controller and all worked no issues.

can be used if you need a quick and dirty Egpu among other thingsseems to work perfectly.only thing i did not like about it is it's use of a SATA connector and not MOLEX

It did work, my n6005 did detect the drives, but if you move drives to this controller after they were on another controller, it may not be recognized, depends on your os.

Doesn't respect pcie spacing. By putting the pcie slot all the way to the right they made the device unusable in most cases since the slot gets partially covered by the pcie x1 device to its right. Moving the slot to the middle would fix this glaring issue.

While I am inexperienced with the matrix I had to deal with by adding an extra pcie slot to run another slot, it works as far as I know to perfection. There’s some kink in my setup currently that makes it not run at full bus length speed it should, I have a feeling it is not due to this product. A great and very cost friendly device that I will buy again if I need to sacrifice another m.2 pocket.
