Why Choose Hydrothermal Gemstones

Hydrothermal gemstones are identical to natural gemstones when it comes to their physical properties. They look and feel the same and cost a fraction of the amount that their natural counterparts cost. Not only this, but they come in much larger sizes than natural gemstones.

The size is good, but the color is very different than what they marketed. It looked more like a green peridot rather than a yellow citrine

This is glass not citrine, there are no inclusions like citrine would have. With your naked eye you can tell this is glass, with 20x magnification there is no question.

Very nice looking gem. My only complaint is that the particular gem I received had a distinct flaw or error in the grinding of one of its facets. It's an unfortunate, singular blemish. It's still very interesting that humans can synthesize citrine gems of incredible clarity, so I'm not terribly disappointed.

So absolutely gorgeous I bought another Brazilian Citrine. The scratches (severally) on the second one were immediately visible with the naked eye on the front of the stone. I am so disappointed. I did not ask for a refund because the price was low and that was probably why. I will not be able to use it. I will return one if higher price is ever paid, and scratched like this one. I don't believe a genuine stone could scratch in such a way.
