I use this thermometer for my car AC vents mostly. This way i can make sure that my car AC system works optimal. The thermometer reacts quickly to temperature changes. In fact, i can easily make correlations between car speed (AC compressor rotation speed), airflow passing in front of the AC condenser and the AC vents outlet temperature. The numbers are small to read but it’s compact enough to fit everywhere it needs to.

I've been using this thermometer for several years now on nearly daily use and it has held up extremely well. It is quite accurate for testing internal temperatures for food and handles high heat much better than the digital thermometer is replaced. Great price too. I recommend it.

Great, just wish a both, Fahrenheit / Celsius version, more convenient when you have international crews. Just saves a couple steps using a unit converter.

This thermometer is decent enough that it can be adjusted with the freezing water test. It was a little off, but was fairly easy to correct. Seems to be correct now. For food this would probably be fine, but for an incubator it may need adjusted.
