I bought this machine just over two years ago and threw it away this week. It made really good coffee until it didn’t. The steamer stopped working and my husband, who knows just about everything there is to know about coffee machines, took it apart and found the part that had quit working. He said it wasn’t worth having someone repair it as it would cost about as much to fix it as it would to buy a new one, even if GE still carried the right part. I had another brand that lasted at least 10 years but this one was half the price. I guess you get what you pay for.

My first espresso machine I’ve ever had and I can’t see myself buying a different one. This one is easy to use and makes an excellent espresso. It has settings to select the grind size and drip time. The built in grinder works great.

This unit works great for my family. It seems to be in constant use and still produces better then chain stores. Now that I have this we no longer need to go to Starbucks and the ROI was incredibly short. 2 weeks for my family.

We have had a Gevi Coffee maker for a couple of years. It is flawless. We just added the Espresso Machine. It is even better. We Love it

This will do if you are patient and have a lot of extra coffee beans to experiment with, but the preset coffee dose for single or double shots are not accurate and are not calculated based on fine or coarse settings at all. So, if you use a medium setting the portafilter will overflow. Getting the right amount of coffee in the portafilter for either a single or double shot is very tedious and requires a scale. You're best to just use the manual ground setting and keep measuring for the right dose (don't rely on the presets). My machine also came with a small dent on the plastic finish on top near the grinder. The descriptions states it comes with a replacement grinder, but one was not included. Overall, if there's a good discount or sale it's an ok machine for those who are willing to experiment with all different settings, otherwise your result will vary.

Bought the machine and it worked great for 3 days over a month then Amazon won’t do a return for a refund or a return for an exchange. Not sure if it’s the manufacturer or Amazon but I’m beyond disappointed

Bought new, received package in good condition but was supposed to be new and it appeared there were a few parts missing from the box. Because of that we returned it. However the machine was good quality, but for the price missing parts kills it for me.
