Simple and made great serving of espresso once I adjusted the settings to my preference! Easy to use. Only down side was trying to slide the water reservoir into place, there’s nowhere to really hold it so it slipped from my hands a couple times.There’s a learning curve so just practice using it!

I was cool that it was pre-owned return pre-used whatever the case what I wasn't cool about was they shipped me a dirty and I mean dirty machine. The coffee espresso maker machine itself awesome I love it does everything I wanted to do I was super bummed and grossed out because that machine had dried up warmed milk stuck all over it it had coffee and foam splatters all over the front of the machine. Where the coffee beans are it had coffee beans still in it and not just a crumbs a whole bunch enough that I could have made a whole cup of espresso. The tubing and milk container had been previously used and had milk dried up milk in it whoever had it never wiped it down never rinsed it out it smelled when I opened the box it smelled like when I lose my child's bottle under a car seat and it's sitting there for a few days it stunk horribly. That's a smell that stays with you for the rest of your life funky. When I pulled the coffee maker out of the box onto my kitchen table it spilled out coffee bean crumbs and whole beans all over the place I had a mess before I even got it out of the box. The way it was shipped to me and not checked was embarrassing and flat out just not right for that kind of money that this maker calls that should have been wiped down. It took all of a few minutes to wipe it down and clean out the milk I did have to run vinegar through it multiple times as well as the expresso maker cleaner because it again had left in a box with milk residue all in it and over it. However the machine itself I love it I love it it does everything I wanted to do.

For the money I spent I expected better functions but it does work and produce a nice latte after you figure everything out. The instructions are terrible, not worded very well which causes confusion. Also the first sentence in the manual should be to remove the plug that is in the back of the machine where the water reservoir is.
