Well made, comfortable well worth the money except when it comes to assembly. I have bought a lot of merchandise off Amazon that needs assembly but this glider had the worst instruction pamphlet I have ever seen. Nothing is clear, if you buy have plenty of time to take parts loose and relocate. Four different size bolts, all jumbled together. The makers needs to add $5 and get a new instruction booklet made

Not sure how it's getting 5 star reviews, since it's small and sits very low to the ground. Not good if you have knee or back issues.Putting it together took me 3 hours, even with using a socket wrench instead of the cheap thing they provided. Doubt if I could return it at this point. Might have to donate it instead.

It does look nice. Hope it holds up well have not had it long enough to rate. Was missing one screw. Instructions were not great. Video was helpful but annoying to stop and start while trying to put together.

Except for one design concern, the assembled product is sturdy and attractive. One pre-drilled hole was a bit out of position, but not so much that it prevented assembly. The finish on all parts was fine and no parts were missing. I have 50-plus years of assembly experience with products like this and would advise purchasers that proper assembly will take some time even with careful reading (and re-reading) of the instructions. My gripe about the design is that the seat is a single “sling” running the full width of the bench. It is supported, but not anchored in the middle. Consequently, if someone is seated on one side and a 2nd person sits on the other sit, the 1st person really feels the sling move as the sling slides across the center support.

So my complaint is the bland instructions, and the labeling/packaging of the bolts etc. the package of bolts comes in 1 pack, all labeled on the package, but once opened you loose your ability to know what’s what. In addition there are 6 steps to put this together. Nice, but each step is difficult to see and understand what to do. It became frustrating and had to stop. Now it’s done, and it’s worth the trouble, but I think with better more detailed instructions and separately packaged bolts etc would have made this much easier to assemble. Otherwise, as described.

Had a wicker loveseat for our porch that wasn't comfortable at all. Got this glider as a late birthday/Christmas gift after some pleading. Took hubby a while to get it put together, but it is really great. I love to rock while I'm sitting and this glider is perfect. Has a nice tall back and is also quite comfortable (even hubby likes it). It arrived before it was scheduled and matches the other porch furniture much better than expected. Thank you for making me happy.

This glider style is the most comfortable because the fabric covers all the metal back rest and you can tilt your head up while sitting down. The brown color is also nice. Now, here is how installation can go south easily with this style of bench. If you just open and mix all the nuts and bolts together, you will have hard time because some bolt sizes are slightly different for different parts of the build. I just slit the plastic cover of the bolts according to the step by step guide. They are labeled alphabetically. Easy peasy, if I can do it - you can do it!
