I enjoyed this sprayer at first, it worked very well on all the settings. The issue I had was with the rubber o ring and the threaded attachment that is supposed to swivel freely. It detached pretty quickly so the whole assembly is quite wobbly and leaks water. I still use it but I can't use all the features that were designed into the sprayer.

Leaked around the shutoff valve right out of the box. Other reviews that find this product leaks and is poorly made are absolutely correct. Don't waste your time doing a return.

I’ve ordered so many of these water wands from other companies and they are horrible. The spray nozzles don’t work or they break after a few uses. This one I ordered from Amazon is amazing. Well built, great water spray, works every time. Definitely will continue to buy my water sprayers from Amazon

Edit June 12. Upon using product more, I realize I was not completely in the selected spray setting ( between 2 settings) when the leaking happens. Once I am dialled in correctly the leaking stopped. Am now very happy with product . Original review : Disappointed first time using. Some of the spray selections do not handle water pressure and it leaks water in the back side of the blue band

I love the design and functionality of this wand, but these things break very easily. I had one break and start leaking for no apparent reason, but I loved it so much that I ordered another pair of them. I’ve been using these for about a month, and today another one of them broke. My son dropped the hose in the grass and the wand broke off at the valve. Maybe it was a lucky hit, but two of them have broken with little use. I won’t be ordering any more if them.

This is my first review on Amazon for a product, but this watering wand exceeded my expectation! I've had my own landscape business and have worked in the garden centre and nursery production industry for over 20 years.I have spent $100's of dollars over the years on top quality water wands and have found that they need to be replaced every year.I just got this Gilmour today and noticed the quality immediately out of the package. It's sturdy in construction and all the spray options are exactly what you need for various garden duties and watering needs. The wand section can come off of the hand shut off portion so you can swap on a different wand if needed. And the swivel section appears to be very sturdy to handle the job.The power spray option shoots clear across the yard, I was watering plants on the other side of my driveway tonight that I didn't have to unravel and drag my hose over to!This is the BEST watering wand I have ever used and that says a lot for a person who makes their living watering plants. Great product, highly recommend!

I bought 3 of these because I liked the first one so much. Yes, the thumb trigger can be hard to move, but it loosens up with use. On one the head leaked. I just tightened it up. Then it worked perfectly. So far, I love this watering wand.

After looking at many and trying many, this is a great product I'm happy with. It's a good fit with no leak, and I love the valve rather than the trigger. We have many many small trees and gardens in our yard and this is by far the most comfortable sprayer we've had. We got one for each hose now.My only surprise was that i was going between this 15" and the 25"+ I went with 15" and realized then it was not nearly as long as I was thinking and maybe would have done a 25". Obviously this is my own doing, but I would suggest using a tape measure out by your garden to see what size is best, rather than assuming

This wand has good settings for watering but there is a design/assembly flaw that prevents it from fully shutting off. Upon inspection, found a leak at the thumb control that regulates flow using an internal plastic ball valve. Due to a flaw, this valve leaks out the side of the handle. There was not any damage to the shipping box/packaging. This is absolutely a manufacturing problem. There is no accesable gasket or o-ring for this leak so it is not repairable. Waiting on a response from Gilmour.Updated 7.18.20Amazon replaced the wand at no charge. The replacement works flawlessly. No leaks. Updating to 4 stars, would be 5 if not for the hassle of having to exchange a flawed product.
