It doesn't work for celestron 0.63x focal reducer

I bought this adapter to get to the right backspacing when using Celestron's 0.63x focal reducer on my C8 in combination with Celestron's OAG. Product does work, but as mentioned by others, would be better if more of the threads engaged, pretty shallow. It seems to me only one good turn is keeping the adapter on the reducer. I can screw in two turns, and still pull it off easily without turning out. One more good tight turn locks it in place, but a little worrisome.

Schmidt Cassegrain Telescopes have outlet fitting that is slightly larger and coarser threads than the more standard M48. This is an easy interface.

I have this on the back of my Celestron F/6.3 reducer. It fits fine, but the threads that go onto the reducer are abit shallow. So there is only about 3-4 turns of thread engaged which is fine, but I'd like it to be a bit deeper.
