Surprisingly just what we needed for our dancer. It is super full and flowy. She never complained that it was itchy, but I imagine it would be after a long wear. The ribbon doesn’t change the waist - it is only decorative. We had to do a lot of adjustments.

Super cute, had to cut it a little so my little one would be comfortable. It definitely runs small. Very good quality.

I purchased both the black and white versions of this skirt. I was not sure which color I would need so I got both.I wanted a "can-can" type skirt for my daughter's daughter (2-year-old - 23 lbs) to wear under a couple of dresses for some formal occasions.The skirts are very full and very good quality. I was pleasantly surprised. I have purchased these for my daughter when she was little and the quality "can-can" slips/skirts were expensive then. The cost for these is very low considering the quality. I would purchase any of these again in other colors if/when needed.They fit great and looked full under the several dresses we were trying out. It is also fun tutu skirt for a two year old to play around in. They spin and flow when dancing like a Disney princess.However, we did not end of up using them for the formal occasions because the two year old decided she did not want to wear it. Nothing again the tutu/skirts. They are soft, fit comfortably, and they are not scratchy/itchy. She loved dancing around and playing in them, but is picky about her formal dresses (that is all she wants to wear). Even though we did not use them, except to try them on - I am NOT returning them. They are too fun to wear for dress up and I am sure that when we have any upcoming "fancy" occasions she may change her mind and want to wear them. She loved purple - so I will probably order one of those after I submit this review. If you order, I do not think you will be disappointed. And the price point is really good. I payed $19.99 each.I wanted to add that the white color is indeed a white (not off white or anything) and the black color is a nice black and they both look very expensive and not cheap.

The actual petticoat is awesome, super fluffy and soft. The bow is decorative. The slip is terrible. It doesn't stretch and doesn't fit a 42 hip. I had to cut it out to wear the petticoat. Once I did it fits like a dream.

Although the crinoline I ordered was a bit too big around the waist, and a tad too long to wear, and I ended up returning it - the product itself was great. It was truly a top-notch crinoline. I ordered a couple different one's from different vendors, but the Malco one was definitely the best of them all. The layers were perfect, the amount of "poof" exactly as described, and it was actual fairly comfortable when I tried it on. I don't think a slip under it would be necessary if you weren't doing a ton of sitting. Rest assured if you need a crinoline or petticoat, Malco is the way to go.And no, I was not paid or given merchandise in return for a review.
