It's headers, so it's certainly no party, but they're great for circuit board building and prototyping.I tested them in both raw PCB and Breadboards and they are good for both!

I was breadboarding a new design with a variety of plugin devices for testing. These are perfect for using with any 2.54mm spacing components. There are a great many sizes in the pack and many of each. I was able to create several prototype boards using these and it saved so much time, especially considering it helps the heat away from the product plugged into the socket. This is good for amateur solderers.

These are perfect for my microcontroller projects. I can solder them onto a protoboard and use them as sockets for my controllers or as breadboard points for connecting devices to my circuit. There's a nice variety, but only in some sizes. I sometimes need to pick one that's close to the pin count I need and cut off the extra pins. No big deal!
