They are not the most stable but,I bought them for a cheap guitar I have and they work just fine for what I neededConstruction seems fine though so maybe it’s my guitar’s fault?!?

Nice looking and functioning guitar tuners. New pegs actually improved the tone of the strings. And after adjusting the action of the strings by lowering the bridge a "smidgen," it now is a pleasure to play.All the holes lined up except for one on each side. I used a 1/8 drill bit to start a hole and voilà.

I've tried a few of the inexpensive classical tuners. The $12 sets I have tried for inexpensive guitars are really very poor in my experience. Not smooth. Not well made. Buy the least expensive tuners from a company that makes expensive tuners. You'll spend $25 instead of $12 and be much more satisfied.I bought Golden Gate F-2110 because I was looking for tuners without the LYRE or LYRA decoration at the top. I would have preferred a nickel finish for this guitar, but this is what there was. These are simply well made. They are attractive. Don't look too cheap. Operate very smoothly.If you are looking for LYRE or LYRA head classical tuners, I can recommend Gotoh Classical Guitar Tuners 35G420 which are also available here on Amazon. I have bought these. They are excellent and only $24.

FANTASTIC TUNERS! Smooth turning, well damped, extremely stable. I put these on my Yamaha CG101A and only had to relocate three screw holes on each side. No big deal for the upgraded tuning stability and smooth turning tuners like these. They are absolutely beautiful too. In fact, these are the exact same tuners on the $1799.99 guitar in two of the pictures I posted with this review. The other two are of my not so expensive guitar with these tuners installed. Well worth the price on ebay.
