The sizes are not accurate. The tutu runs small in length and waistband. I had to return because the sizing was uncomfortable and there was not a skirt lining.

So ridiculous - "fits most." No, it does not fit most. I will end up wearing it around my neck as a clown collar, it is so small. Terrible waste of money!
