Water heating functionality is very poor. Water does not get heated even by 1 degree, after 5 to 6 hours of running it in summer when the outside temperature is 85 degrees.In addition the unit came with some defect, the connections are not water tight and there is water leakage. The Product support only asked a number of questions, but no solution to the problem. The return shipping label sent by the product support (seller) did not work at UPS. Now that the return window is over, I end up with a piece of junk.

Bought for 15 foot pool, Its ok but really doesnt do much to heat water beyond 85 degrees not really much difference. Better off to buy solar heaters. Especially if pool is larger.

Update - Returned it due to it not working properly. The heater would turn on, stay on for maybe 20-30 seconds, then make a twang sort of sound which basically means the heater stopped while the heater light is still on, and after a minute or 2, will click and heat starts coming out of the jet for about 20-30 seconds, twang, repeat. Would not get the hot tub above 94f in 20c+ weather without any more then a slight breeze. Original heater pump seemed to work just fine after putting it back on, but recently seems to have developed the same issue... I am thinking these things are made with the cheapest possible parts because they should not be failing after less then a month of use, either one of them...I had gotten one of these as a replacement to the one that came with my hot tub, seller refunded me the cost of this from the hot tub's overall price, which I greatly appreciate. The thing I wish was better was the pump. It just seems to be a little weak, doesn't move water all that quickly, so filtering takes longer then it really should, same with heating. I have seem my hot tub reach 104f once, and has dropped to the 90's, broke 100f once more, then back down again, so maybe both the heater and pump are a little weak, maybe something to fix in future models. Parts may be a little more expensive, but you would get a better customer experience which should matter more then paying a little more for better parts.The touch panel is also way too sensitive, being triggered by pretty much anything that touches it, rather then skin contact, so you really have to shake your hands free of water before touching it to adjust anything.So being fair, it does its job, maybe not the best, but it does it eventually. It might be quite loud with the bubbles going, but otherwise it is decently quiet, and simple to use.
