VERY disappointed in this products power source. This is a light/medium jacket, similar to any fleece jacket. The power source is huge (approx 6.5-7 inches long by 4 inches wide), making one side of the jacket hangdown/pull to one side. The other thing is that this battery pack DOES NOT last more than an hour when fully charged. I don't mean using it for a consistence hour, although the product descriptions says 8 hours, I mean turning it one and off to just get warm, maybe 1 hour of power total. We bought 2 of these and both work the same way, does not last more than an hour, very disappointed..

Works great. Heats quickly. Size runs a little small. If you like a little room in your jacket, size up from your norm. Only thing keeping it from a 5 star rating is the battery pack pocket is on one side of the jacket, makes you feel a little lopsided. The battery is heavy. If the pocket and hook up was more centered on the back it would be perfect.

Love the jacket and was really looking forward to having this for the winter. This is the first heating jacket/fleece that I decided to buy and for the cost of it. I could of just bought a nice heavy fleece.The power Bank came uncharged, no problem thought I will just charge it. Went to charge it and it doesn't charge at all. Very disappointed.Value for the money, not worth it. Do your research with theses heated jackets and find ones with the most and best reviews.

The fleece is a great weight, and the fit was nice, but the power block is as big as my hand! Based upon where it is supposed to be placed in the inner pocket (left side, falling along my lower ribs and top of my pelvis), the size of the power block is very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I have to return this item and continue my search for a heated layer.

I ordered this jacket and it is very comfortable and warm. My issue was the fact that the battery pack only lasted a few hours and that was on low. When I contacted customer service they not only replaced the battery, they sent me the jacket as well. They had me a new jacket with battery in three days. I would definitely recommend this seller!
