I got this jacket for my Mum and she’s over the moon with it. She’s a big rugby fan and goes to games regularly it it can get very cold sitting outside in the winter. This heated jacket makes it a much more pleasant experience! The battery lasts very well even on the high settings. Quality seems good and the jacket is a nice simple design. The only negative is the glow around the buttons on the front of the jacket. I think this would be better placed somewhere more discreet although it does make for a talking point!

À la 1ère charge,la batterie surchauffe et ne charge pas,aucun moyen de contacter le vendeur sans retourner l’article hors la veste est conforme à mes attentes donc je ne souhaite pas la retourner mais avoir un échange standard de la batterie mais sans onglet de service client cela est bien compliqué
