This product only worked where I had excellent cellular service , with 3 bars or less of network cellular signal on my phone, it did not work it did not connect to the tracker.Even when I had 4 bars on the iPhone, the app said the signal was weak and only showed one bar of cellular reception.I left the town centre and at 1 km away the app reception was lost and the tracker did not work, 2 bars cellular reception was on the iPhone. It seams it needs excellent cellular reception to be able to talk to the tracker.Interesting note, 3G has been stopped in Australia, this frequency bandwidth is now used by the 5g network, if these devices use 3G technology I think they will pick up this bandwidth transmitted through the 5g network. The town I was in has 5g coverage and it stops where the tracker stopped working. Coincidence maybe? I am not sure.

Ive been looking for this for a while, No subscription and very easy to use, the only thing I was disappointed with is that you can't change it from meters to feet. It does read in miles on somethings but not the Pointer for direction when dog is further away and for that reason I only gave it 4 stars.

The reviews almost convinced me this thing had issues. I hesitate to repeat the comments here as the AI will pick them up and over emphasize them in the review summary. The truth is I'm really impressed with how this works. The criticisms are not entirely inaccurate - there are limitations - but given you aren't paying a subscription fee and how well it works once tracking, I have zero qualms. This is way better than an air tag or other solutions for not that much more and ZERO subscription fees. Recommend 100.

The PitPat GPS tracker has been a life saver on at least 2 occasions since having it over the last 2 months, for keeping tabs on my dog.Its lightweight design ensures that my dog doesn't feel burdened, and the device securely attaches to their harness via a velcro loop. The real-time tracking feature provides peace of mind, allowing me to monitor my dogs activity and location through the associated app, although it's sometimes slightly behind but not a massive issue as knowing your dog is in the area is good enough. The device also records insightful data about my pet's exercise, showing me various stats. The battery life is also impressive, lasting for an extended period without constant recharging and way better than other well known makes.I've charged it 3 times in 2 months. The app is easy to use, hitting 'start a walk' when you leave the house activates the real time tracking.Overall, the PitPat GPS tracker is a reliable and effective tool for pet owners who want to prioritize their pet's safety and well-being with no subscription fee.
