Your cart is empty.Being hockey shin pads they are longer in the leg which is a distinct advantage when you get hit with a ball or stick. They work well at this purpose being a fairly hard pad and are generally comfortable to run about in.

I recently bought my second pair. I used the first pair for at least two years for street hockey on asphalt and indoors on gym floors with little wear on the hard shell . They are very lightweight, fit great and strap on easily with the Velcro straps. The liners are removeable making them easy to wash as needed. The only negative is the straps and Velcro need to be of better quality.

Good strength, but the non anatomical design rubbed for me. Definitely check the size as a smaller size might have helped. No good for me though so I stopped using them.

Good overall. One slight default is that the straps are relatively weakly tethered to the shinguards. In fact, the first pair I got delivered had one of those straps ripped away from the shinguards. It's not a big deal because you don't really need them once you've got socks on. You should be fine if the straps break.

I purchased these to wear pitching in slow pitch softball. First weekend I wore them, a line drive pegged me in the shin. It wasn’t much protection & hurt like nothing was there. I will add that it was a lady playing 35+ competitive that hit the ball. On a side note, they are not bulky and don’t get in the way while batting or running, so that’s a plus. However, not much protection for a direct hit.

As others have mentioned in reviews, I also wear these for men's slow pitch softball to pitch, Sr. Softball. I leave them on the whole game to bat and to pitch, they are so comfortable and stay on with the Velcro straps and I can run great. I use knee pads anyway to keep my knees stable, and these shinguards work great with compression knee pads that are also padded. They are so light and comfortable, but they also protect! The large covers my entire shin fine and good ankle protection also.

Daughter uses them for lacrosse goalie protection. Easy on and off due to no stirrup. They are solid and worth every penny.

I'm using these guards in an unconventional way. I was tired of getting my shins banged up while edging my yard so I purchased these shin guards to provide the protection I need. I'm 6'1" so I ordered the large size. They fit perfectly and give me coverage from just below the knee to my ankle. Wearing them causes my neighbors to take a second look which is ok with me as my shins are no longer getting battered and bruised.

These are more than worth the $40 I spent on them. So comfortable and light. I use them for men's softball. I smashed a metal thermos on them several times to show fellow players how great they are. Didn't feel a thing. They cover ankle bones which is great. Don't cover knees, which to me is great as well. I bought the large. I'm 6'2". Last pair that size available from supplier here in the States. They are available from UK, but looks like reviews for the supplier there are poor.

I purchased the shin guards 4 softball I'm a picture and some of the hardest balls right back at me they are very comfortable and come on and off easily do you think should be marketed or softball as well I haven't found anything it's as easy to put on and take off
