When you want to tell someone that you are passing them, you need a nice bell that resonates a long way to let them know with the proper lead time. This bell works awesome. This is not your old giant bell that you used to have years ago, this is a sleek design that sends the tone everywhere. Simple finger trigger that works great, even in the rain!love it

I prefer this type of bell over a traditional bike bell. This one has a much lower profile, and it strikes the bell once when you pull the hammer back. The bell can be nice and subtle if you want for nearby pedestrians, but it can also get loud if necessary. It depends on how hard you strike it.The kit comes with everything you need to install it, even the allen key. As mentioned, it has a slim profile, which is great for electric scooters since you generally have less handlebar space and more accessories like lights and controls. The piece feels very well made, especially the aluminium bell itself. I can easily recommend this over your standard bulky and cheesy bike bell.

Can a bicycle bell both sound and look good? The answer is yes. Surprisingly, there are some really cheap bells that barely work. This is not one of them. This sounds pretty much as expected. So the thing that stands out is that it's a good looking bell. It's low profile similar to the rockbros hidden bell. So it blends in well to the shifter or brake lever, but if you do see, it looks good. This one is smooth and rounded whereas the rockbros bell is angled and blocky. Performance wise, the loudness, longevity and the tones are similar.Overall, it's a good bell for any bicycle that is lacking one.

Overall: I liked it.Pros: Easy to install. Came with several different spacers to accommodate different diameter handlebars. Makes a loud, clear "ping" that sounds quite nice. Easy to operate.Cons: Sits low on the handlebars, which means it can easily come in contact with brake wires, etc. resulting in a muffled bell. Hard to find a position for it on my bike that can be reached with my thumb but also doesn't bump wires. Single, somewhat high-pitched tone is hard to hear for some people with hearing loss (multi tone or lower pitch would be better).
