I'm very happy with the product, but you send me a survey for the delivery service, but no way for me to communicate. So I'll do it here. It took 2 weeks to get this delivered from PA to IL!! That's outrageous!! They were to call me 30 min. before delivery and they did not, just showed up at my door. Asked why they didn't call and he rattled off something in another language I did not understand. And then the box had foot prints all over it like they had walked on it at some point!! So love the product, but not the delivery service!!

Great product so far. But it about 4 inches shorter than my king mattress. But I made it work. Also I wouldn't recommend this for memory foam mattresses. There are about 4 to 5 inches of space between the beams in the box spring nd the wood that it's made from is a little on the cheap side.

This is a very nice quality headboard that looks great in my daughter’s room. Its not super sturdy, however I feel that if I had bought the footboard with it, it might be better. I only bought the headboard.

Wonderful and just what I needed. My original queen box spring wouldn’t fit up my stairs and through the doorway to a loft, these are the perfect size and are extremely supportive. Great deal for the price & nice packaging, easy to remove from the box. Highly recommend!

I received theses two box springs. First of all the depth of the box spring were thinner than standard box springs. Also one of the box springs must have had a rip in it, and it was stitched across the top of the one box spring. The other was in perfect shape.
