I love my Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Oven XL and have spent most of my summer smoking ribs, chicken, and even cold smoking cheese using the standard grill plate. Now that I have this Outspark griddle plate, I can make so much more. From grilled sandwiches to pan fried noodles I can griddle all kinds of foods. So far the plate has maintained even cooking - no cold spots while cooking. It is VERY solid and VERY heavy with some unven areas under the plate that could cut your hands if you aren't aware of what is underneath. So handle it with gloves or with care so you don't hurt yourself. Other than that, it is a wonderful addition to my outdoor grilling and fits perfectly on the Ninja WFG XL. I have made smash burgers, grilled veggies, and breakfast with this plate all with outstanding results. If you only own the standard raised grill plate for your Ninja, you'll want to get a griddle plate so you can maximize the use of your grill.

This heavy-duty griddle is top-notch. It's heavy, sturdy, and will stay in place. It's strong enough to hold directly over my campfire. The smooth, non-stick surface is of excellent quality. The grease reservoir is fool-proof and requires no unnecessary effort. The high back design allows me to keep my done food warm without overcooking. The provided grill plate allows me to cook my bacon and burgers on a raised surface for extra fat drainage and nice grill marks. The non-stick surface makes for delicious, in-tact, and high-quality-presentation foods. The non-stick surface is also excellent for a quick and super easy cleanup. This heavy-duty griddle is an absolute bargain for the price. It fits enough food for my family of four perfectly well. I recommend using a pair of blunt-grip pliers if you're roughing it over an open campfire like we did. That worked well for lifting the hot griddle to let cool before cleaning. IMPORTANT: I did NOT allow my grease reservoir to drip directly into my open fire! My husband rigged up a "gutter" device that circumvented direct oil run-off. Please think about your setup and plan ahead BEFORE you start cooking!

I ordered the griddle for the OG850 (the bigger, newer version of the Woodfire Grill) and it fits perfectly. We use our Ninja Woodfire Grill at our mountain condo because we're no longer allowed to have grills (gas or charcoal) due to insurance restrictions, and this griddle plate adds more cooking flexibility in addition to the air fry basket and grill plate. It's thick and solid, with a nice non-stick coating, so feels durable and long lasting. The only negative I see is that the price is a few bucks higher than the OEM version (although with a coupon currently available at the time of this review the price is only a few cents different).
