Burners are barely long enough. Flame doesn’t start till 2 inches into my cooking area so that’s cooking space wasted. The burner covers are too short and have to just rest in place.

I'll echo what others have said. This is a pretty decent replacement set however there are some issues. Missing 4 cotter pins for the burners. Extra screws and washers for ? The crossover tubes do not work...still have to light each burner separately. Aside from that the burners do provide an even blue flame across the tubes.

This was the almost perfect replacement for our Charbroil grill. The sheet metal for the tubes was heavy duty, but the lateral tubes are extremely thin and will burn through very quickly. The kit comes with several igniters, but you will need only one or two (if you have a side burner. The kit does not come complete with carter pins.

I recently found a Charbroil grill on the side of the road after moving across the country. Unfortunately, the burners were rusted and needed to be replaced. I ordered the Grill Replacement Parts and was pleasantly surprised by how easy they were to install. This set was inexpensive and very easy to assemble and install. It did not come with 4 ignitors as stated. I am not sure I could have installed them anyway. It does not transfer the flame to the other legs as quickly as the original parts due to the design of the connecting tubes. The connecting tubes have become very discolored quickly, so I worry about their longevity. All in all, it was quick and cheap fix, hopefully to get me to the grill replacement time frame of a 2-3 years.

The flame covers didn't fit my Char-Broil grill. I used Dremel to cut a little of each cover and then they fitted fine.Not best material is used, but worth the price for me. My grill looks like new now
