I purchased the product based on the seller's advertisement "Perfect Fit for the PB820PS1." It is clearly not a perfect fit. It is short on width and long on depth. It will still work if you do not mind the gap. Since the package was not marked with a model number, I tried calling company to see if they may have sent the wrong grill. No answer with sales or customer service. Message requested Amazon order number, email and issue and said someone will get back to you during normal business. I have left 5 messages in a period of a week without any response. I recommend avoiding frustration and to obtain from Pit Boss.Follow up. Grisun contacted me through Amazon and apologized. They gave me a full refund. They requested additional details to identify the issue to further improve their product. I appreciate their efforts including providing me the refund.

Fantastic grill.wasn’t sure if it would work. Bought it and glad I did. It fits my Austin XL pit boss perfectly. Got different grill marks and it works. Definitely recommend if you need a new frills for whatever reason. It’s heavy duty and solid piece of metal

I bought a used Gravity Feed 1050, but when it was being delivered the grill fell over in the truck bed and one of the grill sections was lost.This whole set cost less than a single section from the manufacturer and they fit great!

One star off for square corner fit.These grates are built like a tank and look to last a lifetime. Zero complaints except with the square corners they nearly don't fit a normal grill - so check your widths before buying. I had a half inch left over and grill plate are a tight fit. Hope they don't expand when heated or they'll pop right out.
