No soy un tipo que cada fin de semana haga parrilladas, sin embargo, para esas ocasiones en que recibo visitas de familiares, una parrillada no puede faltar, y se llegó el momento de reemplazar mi viejo asador por un Weber Master Touch de 22", y esta parrilla de hierro fundido, en mi opinión, hará las delicias en cada sesión de asados. La parilla llegó en excelentes condiciones, se ve de calidad, y se ajustó perfectamente a mi Weber, solo falta estrenarlos. Estoy contento con esta actualización.

Purchased this product because I cooked a standard Weber 22” grill. My Vortex took off the plating and warped the grill itself. Made wing on my grill the first day I had this. All went well and the grill is good to go. This was a nice upgrade. The “side door” for adding more charcoal during long cooks will come in handy.

Couldn't come off the dough for the Weber grate so I bought this one hoping it was sturdy and strong. I was NOT disappointed. I use it mostly with the Vortex cooker when cooking fast and hot. It hasn't let me down yet.

This is so much better than a wire grate. Gets nice and hot for searing. I seasoned it with canola oil and after I clean it while it is still very warm if wire brush it and add some more canola oil. No more stuck to the grate rusty steaks or burgers. I use an old lawnmower blade to lift it in and out. Kinda Green Acres but it works well.
