The stun gun seems durable; the flashlight works pretty well. I like that it's covered with rubber and includes a cap to prevent being shocked. It's not too loud and the sound is intimidating.

The unit worked for approximately a month abd then wouldn't charge. I tried to recharge it several times without success. 5he flashlight part us the only thing that worked. I tried to contact the company several times via email without success. They never responded. I attemped to send it back, but the return label I got would not work and so I ran out of time.Don't recommend

Pro:The stun gun does make intimidating noise with bright electric arcs. Although I have never tried it on any lives, I believe it can incur a certain amount of pain.The flashlight is a medium strength one.The appearance is the same as a torchlight.Cons:1. The safety switch at the back is not easy to operate without looking at it. This makes the tool's utility under emergent situation limited.2. The switch on the side to turn on flashlight broke shortly after I bought. The flashlight did not work consistently (blinking from time to time).3. The switch and taser on button are too close. In a situation of action they may interfere. When the flashlight is on the taser cannot be used.4. The holster broke after very light use.5. The charge does not display when it is ready. The tool does not have a battery level indicator. But this seems to be a common issue among stun guns.6. You may imagine this tool as a baton. But that is definitely not working. My son dropped it on the ground accidentally and the front segment physically broke with internal parts fallen out. This means that this tool is not really designed for impact, which may be a critical shortcoming.

Got it for a friend and she loves it! Very sturdy, could be used as a baton if it comes to that and you're unable to stun. Stay safe ladies!!

Great product. It packs a light punch. I jumped out of my skin just testing the spark and I obviously knew it was coming since I’m the one who did it. HahahaHandy and fits in a medium bag easily.
