The Guardian Fall Protection "Non-Shock Absorbing Lanyards" are used for positioning and restraint only. The lanyard is constructed from durable nylon and allows workers to attach to an anchorage point or system with enough length to safely complete the job.

This is a pretty serious restraint system. If you have a solid connection point to the boat, I just don't see how you could ever fall overboard. It's very heavy duty, and shackles on each end are heavy!

Excellent fit for a Rohn 20 and 25 tower. I'm finding 48 inches is ideal for most small towers that I climb. The quick safety disconnects are well thought out. Compared to other lanyards I've owned the disconnects are easier to use especially when your hands are tired and your fingers are beginning to cramp. For me its easier to work with an just as safe if not safer because your not exerting as much stress on the fingers.Looks to be a well made product that I will be using for many years.

I'm a ham and I climb towers to put up and take down gear ranging from 6 foot solid aluminium dishes to 10 foot long yagis. This is the perfect length to go around Rohn 25 tower and keep me secure when I'm up there. Clips are easy to use one-handed and don't accidentally open when I'm reaching around an obstacle.
