Noted:
- Ensure the input and output ports are connected to the correct devices. Incorrect connections may result in no signal.
- If you are unfamiliar with the operation, you can download the instruction manual available on the page or watch our connection tutorial video.
- If you are using a converter, such as an HDMI-to-USB-C adapter, please ensure that your converter supports signal output functionality. If it does not, signal output will not be possible.
- The USB-C port (or USB-A when using a USB-C to USB-A adapter) is for signal output. Please ensure your signal output device has corresponding video capture software, such as OBS, to enable screen capture.
- Please ensure that the signal output device you are connecting, such as a camera, supports signal output or has the signal output setting enabled. Otherwise, no video will be captured.
- There may be a slight delay in the capture, but it is within an acceptable millisecond range and does not affect the video quality. Please ensure your system is within the compatibility range. Some products may require disabling HD CP settings to function properly.
- When using an adapter, if the device is recognized as USB 2.0, try using the other side with the USB-C port. Simply flip the capture card and reconnect it to be recognized as USB 3.0.
- The product supports 4K input, but only 1080P output. Please ensure that the cable you are using supports the corresponding resolution, such as 1080P or 4K, to ensure optimal video quality.
- Please ensure that your computer settings are configured correctly to capture audio. A setup guide is available in the documentation on the page. Please note that video capture does not support stereo sound.
- Ensure all cables are properly connected and functioning. Make sure the output format is compatible with the capture card. After checking everything, try reconnecting the devices and resetting the software. If "no signal" persists, try using a different APP

I bought this capture card to display our Xbox Series X to our laptop so my wife can play Xbox while I watch ballgames. It functions perfectly and displays a beautiful picture. There doesn’t seem to be any delay or slowing of the display.

small input delay i got this to play the legend of zelda twilight princess (best game ever dont play) so my friends could watch me screen share on my computer it works great there’s a little input delay, but you only notice it if you’re locked tf in like me

This 2.5GBPS thunderbolt worked great for about five months. No issues at all. And then one day it just stopped working. It got very warm, and wouldn't process any Internet data at all. Don't feel like I got my money's worth at all from it.

Ich nutze sie hauptsächlich für Streaming und bin beeindruckt, wie reibungslos alles funktioniert.Wichtig und richtig, ist mittlerweile einfach mindestens eine USB 3.0-Verbindung, damit werden die Daten schnell und stabil übertragen, was gerade beim Streamen wirklich wichtig ist. Die Capture-Karte unterstützt eine Eingangsauflösung von bis zu 4K bei 30Hz und gibt das Signal in 1080p bei 60Hz aus – perfekt für flüssiges Gameplay und scharfe Bilder.Ein weiteres großes Plus ist die einfache Handhabung. Plug and Play ohne lästige Treiberinstallation, und das Gerät ist so kompakt, dass ich es problemlos überallhin mitnehmen kann. Perfect. No complaints about it and worked as intended. Using it for my phone as a monitor for my camera. It captured nice resolution for follow focusing, not a lot of latency, basically the same amount as what you'd get from a regular monitor. And by adapting your phone as the monitor, you can save lots from using an external one. Plus phones have brighter nits anyway, so definitely no regrets with this card capture.

I’ve been using this product with a portable Nintendo Switch docker to play in my iPad Pro. I’ve had zero issues with this. It feels well well built.I really recommend this for anyone who is looking for a capture card.

I like the simple use of the capture card without any additional cables, the quality is alright not the best but still good enough for recording on a budget.
