The hut itself is cute and fairly sturdy. Easy to assemble. But the ladder to the up top area keeps falling off and now my guinea pig is scared to use it.

My piggies absolutely love this. Took some getting used to at first the ramp kind of freaked my skittish one out but now they love to run up and down and look out over the world like they are queens of their own castle. They do like to bit the wood but it seems to be holding up well to them and it isn’t painted or anything so hopefully no problems with that. Haven’t had any issues yet. Provides plenty of space inside and on top of for them to roam around and run free. They seem very comfy in it and wheek when they see it coming out (we keep it in their playpen since they have hammocks in their cage). Once the piggies get used to the ramp feeling they do love to run and it gives them a nice safe place to chill which they seem to appreciate. The washable top is super cute and they seem to like it.

I bought this to fix the steep angle of my piggie's ramp from his cage to his bigger play area on the floor. This is perfect as it makes a landing which makes that ramp less steep. Now he can come into his play area whenever he wants. It was kind of a pain to put together but it’s pretty sturdy. He loves chewing on it even though he has other stuff to chew. (And yes, he’s an only pig. He does not get along with other piggies and needs to live by himself. He was fighting at the shelter and foster homes).

Could have been a nice gift but was so warped I’m afraid to allow my guinea pigs to use it. Since it’s warped the ramp also keeps falling. Good concept not so great for actual useUpdate- will upgrade from 3 to 5 stars because the seller reached out and resolved the issue unprompted and good customer service is hard to find. Will keep this shop in mind for my piggies future purchases

I got this as a gift and it has been a fantastic addition to our setup! The hideout is very sturdy, ensuring a safe and secure environment for my guinea pigs. Putting it together was super easy and took just a few minutes. I also love that it's extra large, allowing more than one guinea pig to fit comfortably at the same time. my one guinea pig looks super cute going up and down the ramp, the other one has yet to use it. It's perfect for anyone with multiple guinea pigs!
